What’s in a Name
The name Brihha is inspired from Guru Brihaspati who represents the spirit of the vastness of the universe in Hindu mythology. In ancient literature, Brihaspati was a Vedic era sage who counseled the Gods. Brihaspati appears in the Rigveda (pre-1000 BCE) and is described as a sage born from the first great light, the one who drove away from the darkness. He’s bright and pure and his knowledge and character are revered. He is considered the Guru (teacher) by all the Devas (Gods). As per mythology, in Dwaparyuga, he took the avatar of Rishi Bharadvaja, whose son Dronacharya was a legendary and illustrious teacher of the Mahabharata era and taught royal princes of both the clans, Pandavas, and Kauravas.
